I cut the bottom half out of oil bottles, wash them out and put them in the bottom of a drawer. I've also picked up square and rectangular plastic bowls at the dollar store for the same purpose.

Sears sell a couple of different ones that might work:

Ernst makes some too, on sale!

What I like best are the metal containers they have at the hardware stores; I run across these occasionally at the flea market and garage sales. They are metal and don't break like the clear plastic ones they sell at stores for organizing things.

An alternative would be to buy Stanley organizers and put the removable bins inside the drawers.

I bet that this is a cheaper option that going with Lista, and you can carry your bins with you when you need to.

Stanley Organizer

I have a tray like the one Billy linked to, and it works pretty well. I think it was $8 or so.

Stroll down the office supply and housewares sections in your local wal mart or target. Look at the selection of modular drawer organizers. The stuff will be alot cheaper than Sears but, very useful.
Those clear plastic storage boxes with lots of compartments in the hobbies and crafts department work real good after you take the lids off and they're only a few bucks a shot depending on the size you get.
