I pick this up for 100.00 this weekend
The top chest has a Beach Industries sticker and a caterpillar emblem on the front
The bottom box says Snap On Tools KC 54 A Canada
I cant find any info on that number

The side cab is bolted to the other box so I don't know what it is. It has a Snap On emblem

The top box is 100% Beach. The bottom if it's stamped in the back.SO, I wouldn't doubt it. If it was a Canadian only boxes, exspecially if only made a few years, I could see info being little to none. Are there any two numbers to indicate year manufacture by the model number? More pictures of the side box would be nice, but from what I see, it looks like one SO made.

Top is a Beach and the bottom looks SO, cannot tell on side box but could be an SO as well.

That's my guess, Beach is the OEM. Cat has had cat branded tools and boxes for years, currently mostly SO. If Cat sold Beach boxes under the Cat name, I don't know.

I would say the CAT emblem was added. Some of those are vintage decals and emblems. I would leave it like that.
