Toolbox Identification Trouble

Yesterday I picked up a 41" 4 drawer top chest off of Craigslist. It's an awesome box for only $150 but I'm having some trouble figuring out who it's made by. Its got a snapon logo and it's covered in snapon stickers however it has craftsman handles on the sides. The only stamp I can find says " Made in USA 10 97". Can anyone provide some clarification?

I have one of those boxes. I got it 20 or so years ago at Sears. Mine has a craftsman badge on it.

No doubt in my mind that's a Craftsman.

Yes that is a Craftsman 100%. I think you payed a little too much though. That box would normally bring 60-100 in my area.
