Most toolboxes are quarter turn camlocks you can buy at any hardware store. The first set I got was a Fort Lock set with various tail pieces in the bag. You make up what you need and trim the tailpiece.
When I was at UTI I took out an additional living expense loan to take the most advantage of the student discount. I bought a Classic 78 box which had a great deal at the time. The Epiq line wasn't introduced yet, but I have eyeballed a few recently and they are top notch quality.
