Toolbox Question

I currently have the HF 44" bottom & top with a side cabinet but have been looking to upgrade. Today I found this on Craigslist, asking $1k. Is it worth it? I've read all the threads I could find on the board & it seems like the Extremes are of good quality.

Forgot to add that I'm a home wrencher & advanced DIYer. I'm not a professional mechanic & this box won't got moved around more than occasionally or be subject to a shop environment.

Looks good, I feel it should be worth the 1k asked, but I am cheap, I would offer like 700. and go from there. What ever you save you can buy new tools with....Rich

Went to look at it yesterday & am buying it. It was a young kid working nights as an industrial mechanic. I assume that's on trucks or heavy equipment.
