Toolbox question

Hi guys, I'm thinking of getting a new toolbox (details withheld to prevent endless debate ), and part of funding this mew box is selling the old one...

Any thoughts on what the value of a 40" similar to this would be? The local c-list has nothing close (if/when someone buys it, they will need to call AAA for the bad caster)

That box has some very narrow drawers. At 40 inches, you're better having a single bay box.

They’ve had a lot of boxes in that size range of varying quality. A pic of the actual box would help a lot...

Unfortunately, I’m not seeing a lot of value there. No full width drawer and busted up caster both hurt it. At least it’s US made and roller bearing slides. I see boxes of that general nature in my local CL move pretty slowly for anything over a couple hundred. Sorry if I’m the bearer of bad news.

200bucks seems likely price, maybe bit more if strike lucky or live in area of high demand, if the box bent up round that wheel then less likely get decent bucks .

$200 is the going rate around here for used 41" HF rollers-with the full width top drawer. That is your competition.

I doubt you'd you'd get 200 with the busted caster.

Just an update if anyone is wondering, sold it for $200 three days after I posted it.

I’m late but was also gonna day shoot for $200.

Bad cater hurts but s lot of guys don’t ever move their boxes so don’t really care.
