Toolbox Talk: Are Montezuma and Masterforce (Menard’s) Toolboxes the Same?

Longtime lurker, first time author on a post.

I have been looking at 56” tool cabinets and have noticed the Montezuma and Masterforce tool boxes look identical, other than color. Does anyone know if these are indeed the same tool box?

I checked out is Masterforce 56” cabinet at my local Mendards and was impressed with its build quality. https://www.menards.com/main/tools/...64-c-9188.htm?tid=5219486706757272784&ipos=10

It appears to be a solid box and I like its “Raise and Release” drawer latch, which functions like a Lista.

The stated drawer capacity is lower on the Menards model.

A lot of Chinese products do their best to duplicate popular brands and designs, so you can't go by looks alone.
