Toolbox with Pegboard?

Does anyone have a tool box setup with either built in pegboad like the Milwaukee box below or some form of standalone pegboard that IS NOT mounted to the wall?

Unless something changes, I will be moving in a few months and have access to a garage again. One of the options I am thinking about is some form of toolbox setup with pegboard for my most commonly used tools. But the catch is it cannot be mounted to the wall.

A top hutch is also a possibilty...
But anyway, I am looking for ideas. Post them if you have them.

Not sure if you're in the market for the whole toolbox... but that Milwaukee looks almost identical to the Husky model with the pegboard which is almost $300 cheaper.

I can't find any pictures, but I used to have an 8-foot workbench. Prior to it being a workbench, it was a store display case. I removed the glass and screwed some 2x4s to it, and mounted my pegboard on it that way in a rented garage. It worked quite well, honestly.

I bought this from harbor freight and I have the majority of my cordless tools on the pegs and misc stuff in the drawers. I also have a tool cart and big tool box so I was really only going for the work bench and to hang a few 20v tools.

I tried to buy a work bench off Facebook marketplace with pegboard on the back and drawers and a cabinet all underneath
but the guy never read my messages and then sold it the next day. Like what

There are free-standing metal garage cabinets which have pegboard on the inside (doors and back) and some have pegboard on the cabinet sides (outside), also. Here are two examples and two other links.

Yes, I should clarify that I am looking for a tool box as well. So either something that comes as one unit or separate pieces.

I think I found the Husky version.

This is similar to what we have at work for bigger and heavier tools. Different brand, but it’s in Finland anyway :)

Maybe something similar can be found in the US too? These are meant mainly for industrial use, not commonly available at hardware stores and such.

Are you still in the valley? Just curious what you found to rent. We're currently at $2,350 all in for a 2 bed 2 bath with 2 garages and a car port in southwest Tempe.

I bought a toolbox at an estate sale 2-3 years ago that the previous owner had attached a framed piece of pegboard to the back. It seemed like it worked out well, as his shop was well organized and efficiently laid out.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures. I took the pegboard off, and sold the toolbox.

The Milwaukee tax strikes again!

I would look at that Yukon from HF. My friend has that in a similar configuration to the earlier post where there is a smaller tool chests underneath.

Might even look to see how that is attached. It might be modifiable to fit onto an older box.

DIYing something with wall control panel to maybe an HF bottom (like the 56 that was just on sale) might be the way to go.

Surprised that Milwaukee box doesn't have a packout wall option.

I have a few of these. Honestly, in my application, they sucked at peg boards, so I turned one of these into a charger board:
