Toolchest socket storage rack

I had a few oddball sets of sockets + hex drives and star drives. Thought I'd build a rack to hold them in my toolchset.

It worked out great as I had the rails and the 1/8" aluminum pieces were scrap. All I had to do was shuffle the socket snaps on the rails to match the sets.

Pretty much the same as what I did to mine except I mounted my rails on some Poplar boards

I've seen this done but mounted from the top and using wingnuts for quick removal.

The wingnuts make it easier to remove the socket rail instead of taking the whole thing to the work area. Heres one I made.
