They seem to be ok. The BBB's had 6 total complaints and was happy with tool discounter's response for each of them.

On the other hand, they're one of those businesses that doesn't stock everything and just emails orders to the various manufacturers for direct shipment. ***** when something says it's in stock but takes a month anyway because "in stock" doesn't mean that they have it in front of them.

Ok cool. Im really not a fan of online purchasing unless it involves store pickup. The price for this set seems almost too good.

I ordered a 1/4" Drive GearWrench Master Socket set from them, and received it three days later...

I have not found GearWrench prices any lower, anywhere else...

I'm 30 minutes from their warehouse. Love them. Unfortunately because I have to pay tax and when I pay for shipping, it often balances out with other retailers.

EDIT: I've placed many orders with them and just picked them (saved on shipping that way which places them far below other retailers) and talked on the phone for status updates for all of them. They have always emailed me when they have not had an item in stock and given me a time frame, and also offered to ship the items they have for free now and when the other items come in, ship those for free too. They also have lowered prices for me when I have inquired about a certain product or item.

I just received my order of a Relay Buddy and a CalVan Relay Diagnostic Set from them last week. They were price competitive with most of the online tool vendors I usually shop. Order filled fast.

I buy almost all my tools from them and have had good experiences. The only thing is, factor in shipping and use google search to find the set they list and see what the overall price is elsewhere. Most of the time they're cheaper but sometimes they aren't.

I bought a bunch of fuel injector testing adapters from them a few months back. One of the components was assembled incorrectly.In reality i think it was drop shipped from the manufacturer. They corrected the order and were easy to work with so I'd order from them again. If you call the customer support line, you get a person which is always a plus.
