Can anyone suggest some good tools for a guy who has most of the basic stuff?

I was thinking maybe a dremel or whatever brand multitool or a powered hammer but I am open to other suggestions.

What does he use his tools for? If he's a car guy and doesn't have a sparkplug ratchet, this sparkplug ratchet set from GearWrench would make a nice gift...

$56.27 from ToolTopia...

It is for the father of a person I work with. From what it sounds, he is not a car guy but he does have a sail boat. Uses his tools for typical around the house stuff but already has the basic power tools

Probably around $100 or so would be a good budget.

consumables are a good gift, you always can use backups. how about a good set of drill bits? or good quality driver bits? those are things anyone can use even if they already got some. If $100 is the budget the Bosch PS31 or PS41 is on sale for that price now.
