Was given this by a co-worker, the reverse says "INVENTED BY BAHCO". He seemed happy enough to have gotten an Irega instead.

Sad innit, when people know that chucking their old tools on your desk will undoubtedly save them a trip to the scrap metal bin.

Cool wrench.

In important cultures, the ability to attract old tools is considered a gift from the gods. ;)

I think its a worx model - only cheap stuff available but its doing the job quite well.

for what type of work do you use it ?

..and send it to you :bounce:;)
ok :D

Weekend with my German and Japan goodies :)
some "in action tool" for all my buddy's! :D
awesome photos, tools and tool box

In Germany bling might be rare (maybe not as rare as German comedy though?), but it definitely exists:
the old gullwing is not bling bling, it´s one of the best designed cars ever :) the new one is simply a new gullwing :)
Or maybe for me bling bling means something different...
Like this:

here a german comedian - some people even laugh :)

But nobody out-blings the Italians - certainly not USA, China or Taiwan :D Maybe the Japanese come close with some stuff, but usually it's just more bizarre than bling :eyecrazy:
USA bling bling:
italians make nice sports cars....
bizarre is the right word....:
german bling bling:
ok not really bling bling....just....fast fast .... :)

 Thanks, I feel much better now.

Today's haul:

fa7iq1.jpg

A 18x19 Golden City No1, Made in Germany. Google doesn't wanna know, anyone on here maybe?
And a 8x10 Facom "SCIENTIFIC". The reverse says "FACOM VANACHROME No33".

Facom mini security torx set. Ignore the weird sticky oil preservative(?) on the ends and accompanying lint.

Not sure if they're made in France, or if they just mean the case is:

Surely you must have the full catalogue by now. :D

I hate ratchet spanners.

LOL!

Still looking for a set of mine.

Congrats, they look great.

Hahaha cheers. I think I'm done with them for a while as well. Fortunately I don't think they do the flex ones in larger sizes -that I might decide I need to buy :D

I really need to focus on organisation now -get some rails or foam trays to fit them all in.

Thanks for the pics Bhae. Awesome as usual. How are those KS Tools tools (!) holding up? And do your customers ask for you to carry any particular tools?

CanUK, congrats on yet another Facom loot. How is the ratcheting action on those?

Seems good out of the box, but the only think I'd have to directly compare them with are Halfords and a cheap set from Lidl :D

I work with Unior screwdrivers for many years and i can say that is nothing special. I believe you can find taiwanese in the same price. I believe they will last longer.

Don't want this to sound like a plug, but I got this guy on eBay right now, and I really don't want it to sell cause it's pretty bad ***.

...but, do need to show the girlfriend some effort in selling off the big lot of tools I bought last weekend for the few tools I actually wanted.

I might need to do some "work" on an ATM if I keep spending money :D

Security torx do show up now and again on motorcycles (often holding the ignition to the upper yoke) and other things though - better to have them on hand than to discover you need them in the middle of the job on a Sunday.

Send me a Gedore and I will give you a report :D

Toptul...short/stubby wrenches :)

Those are interesting. I assume they're meant to grab the corners rather than just two sides?

I wish Toptul was more readily available here in the UK.

This morning's car-boot finds:

Hex keys are "Allen" metric 10mm, 8mm, 5mm and 3mm. The rest is pretty self-explanatory. I paid £0.50 for the hex keys, and £3 for the spanners.

I finally got around to taking pics of the tools I bought from Ash. I've had the NWS tools for a while and just got the Gedores in a few days ago. Ash was huge at putting all of this together for me and I can't thank him enough. However every time I see the guy he has something new to show me. I WISH I DIDN'T HAVE TO HAVE THEM!!! So this is the latest stuff, with more to come.

Both Gedore sets are 1/2" sets. This is extraordinary stuff. The ratchets work like butter. Most of you know about NWS by now. If you need specifics, I recommend you talk to Ash about it. He really has a passion and knowledge of these tools.

The comparison pick shows the advantages of the 1993U-20 SK

Sweet! I've been looking at that anniversary set myself as it has a very favourable price over here.

This is my first exposure to Gedore. These 2 sets made a believer out of me. I am damaged for life! No really I am damaged for LIFE!! My 3/8" Gedore set is here, just have to go pick it up. I'll take pics of the 3/8 set, along with a few other purchases when I get them all together...

By the way the insert that keeps the tooling in place is made of metal, not plastic on the anniversary set. Very nice!

I like the quality. Do they make this with the numbers on the other side so you can lay the 1mm on the flat side of the working surface without unfolding the ruler until it does? Lufkin makes it both ways, but it is harder to find the one I. am mentioning. I love Swedish stuff !!

@Bhae - Odd timing those photos; I was just looking for circular saw cases last night. Does Makita sell that case separately?
