Some combination wrenches and 22 mm socket from Mundial Casartelli.
*snip*

Don't think I've seen that brand before. Sockets and wrenches made in Taiwan/China?

And welcome to GJ Cynical huckster.![]()

Stahlwille has for the first time made a advent calendar.
still time to get it before December 1

That looks fun!
Has anybody actually seen the new Stahlwille fine tooth ratchets yet? It looks like they are replacing the older ones with fine tooth right across the range, including the all steel handle models, but I havn't seen one for real yet.
Just looked at the Stanley website...New (?) Fatmax pliers...check out the coo !![]()
Nice French made pliers!Could you please tell me reference number? Is it 0-89-866? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Here´s the overview of the new pliers:

Here´s the product number list for the various combination pliers:

I guess that´s the old Fatmax. Part number seems to be the same for old and new....Well... In my country ref. 0-89-866 costs approximately €11,30 incl. VAT. I think I have to ask Stanley Black&Decker Ukrainian office about the COO. But it needs to wait until Monday.

Hopefully the stay at the same price level as the Taiwan ones. Facom goodies in yellow.
I wouldn't be so sure about Facom, especially if the price level will remain the same as Taiwanese tools. These pliers look more like Bost.
Tonight's DHL delivery
Facom goodies in yellow.
I guess yes.Is that a laser hardened cutting edge on the Stanley/Facom pliers?
I've got a fair amount of KoKen.
It's decent stuff, in fact really decent stuff!
Probably not quite the quality of Snap On, but probably 90% of the quality for about 40% of the price (in the U.K.)
The finish isn't quite as durable as say Snap On as I reckon it picks up scratches a little easier, but other than that the finish is durable.
Quality is probably on a par with the German tools. There are some things that Stahlwille or Hazet do better, (Don't think anybody makes better hex / torx bits than Hazet, for example, and KoKen don't offer any wrenches) but doubt you will have any regrets about any KoKen purchase.
Quality is always very consistent , and the more specialised tools are superb - they offer many unique items not available elsewhere, and nothing seems to be a gimmick - everything works!
A lot of folks here in the U.K. bought some KoKen because of the range of Whitworth they offer, but found it so good they ended up buying a lot more!

https://yle.fi/uutiset/osasto/news/...d_more_than_100_jobs_to_go_in_finland/8758835Fiskars plans to concentrate all of its manufacturing of garden cutting tools in Poland. The Billnäs plant near Karjaa will focus on producing scissors, axes and snow shovels. Redundancy talks will begin with 286 employees next week.

Facom and bost are one in the same.
That´s what they said last yearInteresting.
They were supposed to keep the snow shovels in Finland.

hmmmm interesting modified mercedes pliers:

All of them have exchange ratchet heads that makes work really easy when is no room.
, but you've get what you paid for, for sure
When it's about torqing, only stahlwille matters
Before had Gedore, proxxon, jonnsway but stahlwille is a winner. Manoskop series is the best of them. Then this fancy electronic Sensotork with angle sensor, nice but still - Manoskop make the job faster and no need for batteryAll of them have exchange ratchet heads that makes work really easy when is no room.
Even if you need to buy torqe wrench, try to buy used stahwille and simply give it to calibration. It will be best option when it's about money saving.
Price killing, but you've get what you paid for, for sure
