Nice set garfunkle24 I was thinking about that but I wish it had security bits in it.

Well its quick to adjust unlike Irwin Vice grip, not familiar with Lockjaw and the screw adjusts the tension.

I got mine from Ultgar(last one he had) and it was $98 or so new ones from France are like 100 Euros.

If you have large hands the 50X pliers can be used with one hand only.

last "find" like that was when some freshly arrived guys from Albania sold AK's for 200€ and rusted Toks for 50 at the flea market... too bad i got there after the police!:lol_hitti

I used to work next to a workshop/car wash owned by some Albanians. One day i was doing some tyres for a friend of the owners and the guy says to me "Do you want to buy an Uzi?" I told him no thanks to which he replied "Yes, you are right. This is too small. Do you want to buy an AK-47 instead?"

I was tempted, but declined his kind offer.

Could be, the previous owner got it 15 years ago used. Also you can get AKs at flea markets here or at gun shows(might get some pics next week if I can borrow a camera...)

Possibly Vietnamese "gardeners" or anyone who got in his way or upset him. Needless to say, i gave him a nice discount on his tyres and he got priority over everyone else!

nice scope meter moose ! how you liking it, must say ive been tempted with one of them, i love using the Oscilloscope at work great for checking sensors etc

Haven't really used it yet. I've hooked it up to a couple things but not much, still learning how to use it and interpret the data it puts out. I have hooked it up to a couple cam/crank position sensors to monitor their signals, for which it has worked flawlessly.

What scope do you have at work?

sounds like it was a worth while investment,
we use the pico scope at work, its a great piece of kit, great for checking can lines for integrity and interferrence among many other things !
