I ordered some Beta wrenches in sizes I did not have, to complete my sets. 8mm (marked Italy) and 18mm combo/ratcheting), 21mm and 22mm. Each wrench has a diff. finish
I also picked up some Beta snap ring pliers, and some Stahlville 1/4 extensions.

The Wurth has a smaller diameter at the end of the driver where the cap is. The Wurth also has bigger "bulges" in the handle:

it comes with rubber heads. But you can exchange them with different types of heads: hard rubber, soft rubber, nylon, copper, aluminium, hard plastic etc...

how about a prices? looks like 19 finish more cheap than Chrome and Titan finish
i only cut some paper and 0,75mm² and 1,5mm² cable with it, it cuts very good and very easy without much pressure. Blades seem to be very sharp.
They´re a bit cheaper, in germany the list price for 160mm side cutters in finish #19 is 15.30€ for finish #69 €17.40 and for finish #49 €20.00. (VDE = €22.80) all prices + tax.

Here's a picture of the Storage wall. Sadly it is too tight in there for any good pictures.
The wall is 3 sections. Depth is 706mm. The two sections to the right are 2,5m high, the left one is 2,0m high. The width of the sections are (L to R): 1190mm, 1020mm and 1428mm.

interesting to see the different finishes and designs of the open end ! Different coo /manufacturers.....?
Finally finished to repaint my jack stands (formerly red) to match my jack:
The 18, 21 and 22mm wrenches have no COO markings, so your guess is as good as mine... only the 8mm is marked Italy.
I like the look of the NWS pliers a lot and I've heard great things about them but personally speaking I prefer the older handle style. There's something about that particular light grey colored plastic part of the handle that makes me feel kind of sick

) I got over the past few days.Picked up TOP ratchets in 3/8 and 1/2 from Levelchrome's recent sale. They feel robust to say the least, very positive ratcheting action. Not as easy spinning as Facom/SK palm control ratchets, but feel a lot more solid when really putting the power down. I-beam neck feels really stiff.
I really like the 1/2" ratchet, it's head is considerably smaller than a 1/2" SK, it's the same diameter as the TOP 3/8". Basically a 1/2" in a 3/8" head, but what really does it for me is the built in quick spinner!!!
The handles remind me of a lower profile Craftsman raise panel. I almost wonder if TOP produced the Japanese Craftsman of yester year. These will be going in the truck tool kit, they give a feel of confidence.

A Taiwanese multimeter to replace my crappy Radio Shack model.
And last but not least, some NOS US made pliers, SK, Crescent and Wilde.
I also picked up a tool roll which is a bargain at $7 and very nice!
A great first experience with HE. Fast shipping and great selection of tools.

Ok finally I was able to upload my latest haul.
First up is the stuff from Lee Valley. Lots of tools for the kitchen...
Got this for my mom but doesn't seem to work to well.
Heres the punches. I've wanted them for a long time...
Salt shaker for my survival kit.
Heres my new can opener to replace my Swing-A-Way which was used by NASA on the Skylab Space Station and used to be made in USA until they outsourced last year or so.
A minibottle of Cognac.
And lastly a pair of Knipex pliers in old style packaging. I'm not sure if I'll open them as I still have my Wiha ones...

I'm a bit of a Braun fan but hardly any of their new stuff interests me as its been outsourced to China and Mexico...
Heres a few pics...
The electic kettle might seem like a mundane item but its exceptionally well built, works better and faster than a stovetop one, has a well thought out design and is made in Germany. If I had to pick anything I had to show German qualitat this would be the item I would choose.
I really prefer these Swiss Made Colgate standard toothbrushes over the electric ones.

The reason I have more Hazet tools than the average guy is probably my philosophy when buying tools: If I think I'll need it some time in the future I buy it. The most annoying thing in the world is getting stuck halfway on a car repair because you're one tool short. Much better to be prepared. It's seldom I'm stuck nowadays

Here's an old European turntable I bought back in the 70's....design was way ahead of its time. Almost sold it a few years ago on Craigslist until some clown asked if he could play his CD's on it. I hope he was kidding.
Here is my favorite tool, one that I use every day.
Örebro Golvindustri GM 250
I have tune it little bit, they do not come unpainted, but I have polish it.
It has really powerfull vacuum, that makes floor sanding almost dust free, that with modern water based laquer that is odor free and almost instantly dry, floor sanding is nothing people are used to.
I can make 45 m2 finished floor with five laquer one day, so that customer can walk over it when he comes from work.
Air flow from vacuum goes to canvas bag, normal day job produces 50-100 liter of dust. Airflow itself is so strong that you can barely block it with your hand.
This particular machine is from 1988. With careful use, that is it can not never be dropped, it will last lifetime.
My last machine was from 1982 and was three moths older then myself. It had acident... It got loose and strukt to wall, bending it's chassi, wall was not so lucky... That machine was used everyday for 28-years.
It weigts 75kg and handels are not plastic, but cast aluminium, motor can be separeted from chassi, making it easier to lift.
2.5Kw motor that can be use with both, hosehold and three phase electric.
It's got 2870 rpm with 14.5amp.
These machines are very delicate to calibrate, but let me sure you this is profesonal version from floor sanders.
My current reclamation from customers is less then 1%
