Monte-I had to spend several months painting the backing plates to be used in a very large prison with Hammerite paint....man that was a horrible job, out in the cold with a dang air-sprayer. Bout froze my hands off!
Now something odd (beside being a non-Beta tool...)

This may be decent paint, but the rustproofing aspect is B.S. Be warned!
I used it direct on to cleaned steel wheels , tow-bars etc. - never impressed with performance. However a neighbour had a new car port erected , the steel box sections - he stripped the red oxide primer and left the steel to more than flash rust for abt. 2 months. That was in 1977 , almost every day I walk past the car port and think - it is still holding up (never re-painted - ever).
Only?![]()
maybe the brushes are used up ?Broken, isn't than correct? I mean damaged. Flames coming out from the engine
I opened to fix it but it not worth the repair.
I think that a corded 2 speed drill are the best choice for me. I am afraid the cordless cause of the occasional use.
This one maybe http://www.kentrovidas.gr/showprod.php?id=2122

yeah that one looks good, price is good too i think.
But the metal gear housing is just a fake ....but should still work![]()
OK so I don't know if you can answer this question or if you can, I am not looking for the political behind it....Why is it that I see a lot of Euro companies have so many factories in so many different countries? Like Facom, why do they have an Italian, UK, and France etc.? Another company is Airbus....they have one plane (A380) built in like 5 different countries. Seems like it would be more costly to have them spread out like that...I know its that way in the States as well and I am no business guy. Nothing wrong with it...just more curious.
Great site Monte...thanks for the link!

Thats the name of the tool, like "Stahlwille 16" (mini combi wrenches) or "Stahlwille 12" (mini open end wrenches)the weird:
"Stahlwille 18" it reads but ring end is 19mm

It is lathe tool or it came with some car?
still a nice find !The wonderful:
Don't you just hate! When you buy NOS pliers... They are in wrong package.
Love the bicycle tyre tube that is cut to old pliers spring pressed so handels do not push throug pacgage.
ok throw it awayI change them. The problem remained..
It is also a bit heavy and since Ι don't need the impact operation it might not be the best option. I don't know.
Maybe this

or this
http://www.kentrovidas.gr/showprod.php?id=1960
compact enough but with only 1 speed. They have Electronic Speed preselection though.
I have never used Hammerite, only seen the results from others work. This stuff was sold here and promoted - no primer needed- and so on. I know for a fact that it does not do well outside without primer on bare steel. I would guess your nice vise should do fine indoors.![]()

Some photos of the original Hazet Tools, Bilstein Jack, and period correct Motometer tire pressure gauge out of my 1957 BMW Isetta. The Hazet tools were rusty and dull so I bead blasted them and nickel plated them with an electroless nickel plating kit from Caswell.

Carolus is made in Asia. ....
ok throw it away![]()
depends on your needs, just for drilling these will work, for hole saws or step drill bits , paint mixing etc. these won´t work.

The Airbus question only has a political answer. As far as the others are considered, these are almost only financially based decisions (mostly political anyway). Certain regions are supported by European fundings, so you get money if you open a factory in not so strong regions. Or the energy is cheaper there. Or the unemployment rate is high, so you get labor cheaper. Or transport costs are high so it's better to manufacture where the product is needed.

Good buy!Hi,
