Find a bit holder that you like, send it to me with return postage, and I'll turn it down to whatever diameter you spec. Free of charge. :thumbup:

Just remember to do it with a bit inserted, or on a live center. Otherwise the bit holder fills with metal shavings and they're a b^&*h to get out.

I don't get it.
In one picture the trigger is to the side and in the others on the bottom. Does the handle swivel or lock in 90 degree intervals? Doesn't look like it...

you have to remove the 4 screws which holds the gearcase to the motor then you can turn the head and attach it in your favourite position.

Panasonic is expensive in germany!

I really like this tool bag from knipex. It doesn't look that practical, but it definitely looks professional! Has anyone had any experience with this bag or one similar:

My bernstein vice came!

No more new tools for awhile, I just paid for a holiday to the Pacific islands so funds are low/nonexistent.

Sweet vise!! I'm unsure if I've ever seen that! Move the lever, rotate the vise into whatever position, move lever back to lock?

And what islands if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks, yep that's right. There's also a different head that attaches for holding circuit boards. it's very expensive for a little vise, but I went with bernstein because I'd used one at my old workplace, it was about 20 years old and still felt brand new.

Nouméa, Isle of pines, and maré. Should be a relaxing holiday. Hopefully the snorkeling/diving is good!

Mandatory pic :D

:bounce::bounce::bounce:

Have you tried Wera bits PT??

the impact bits in particular seem awesome if the online tests mean anything?

Though I am a Massive Wera Fan:bowdown::bowdown::bounce:

No I haven't. The Bauhaus where I go only sells Witte bits so the choice is easy :D

I have PB bits and it fits really well on screws and the Witte ones fit excellent just like PB's.

For now I haven't needed impact bits yet as I have impact screwdrivers for that, so don't you dare bring me in temptation hehe

Bought these a week ago and I love them. One sad thing is that new batteries are made in Vietnam not like 2013/Hungarian.

With 34Nm I want to equip BS with 1-13mm chuck :)

That's really just the packaging anyways, most lithium cells are made in China/Korea/Japan, I don't think there's any factories anywhere in Europe but I could be wrong.

Also, I wish that Metabo would release a 110v charger for the 10.8v stuff. That's really the only thing holding me back from importing those.

Bought this Garant (=stahlwille) set secondhand, looks hardly used.
http://www.hanico.com/gb/steckschluessel-garnitur-1-4-1-2-vierkant-40-52-27-11-96010160.html
Should be equal to this one, except for the 1/4" PB Swiss driver, which is not a bad thing :bounce:
By filling in the serial number of the PB driver on their website, I found their last examining date of the tool: 28.3.2003, which allows me to sort of date this set. Pretty cool.
Only weird thing is that they omitted the 12, 14 and 15 sockets.:wtf: Not a big deal though, since I'll usually take those with a 3/8" ratchet. Also two hex sockets are labelled Stahlwille instead of Garant.

Considering the large price difference between Garant and Stahlwille for basically the same thing, why would anyone go for the latter?

Any idea why the sockets have a little hole near the bottom (drive side)?

Picked these up from ebay a few days ago.
I don't actually have an immediate need for them, but I've been stalking ebay for any good deals on Facom, and couldn't pass them up...

I think to secure it, for machine tools, screwdriving robots etc.
