I'm on a visit to Cambodia (Siem Reap) and at the market today noticed a few tool stores. Some have signs for Mikita tools and im wondering if those are legit? Also they have some pliers i saw that said "skilled in USA" I'm very skeptical and I was just wondering if anyone else has knowledge on tools from this side of the world. I'm not sure on pricing but i may pick up one or two tomorrow to see how they are..:headscrat

Sure, pick up a "Mikita" along with some "Oakey" sunglasses or a "Rolix" watch ...

Buyer beware, there are all kinds of brand name forgaries out there ...

On the other hand, you might be able to find the real deal on something made in china, thailand, cambodia, etc., for export, that "fell off the truck" or something ....
