Tools that have great alternative uses?

I use a gas torch to light my charcoal bbq when I lose all of my stick lighters and don't feel like burning the tips of my fingers with bic lighers.
It turns out the torch is a lot harder to lose.

I use a propane torch to put a nice crust on the edges of my steak sometimes. Actually works pretty good when cooking inside..

I bought a set of scraper blades for my SawZall.

I've always wondered: aren't those things pretty hard on your sawzall? It's not like they're a rotary hammer designed to take those sort of forces.

Pliers can open a beer bottle

A hammer can silence the dumb *** that keeps yapping at you or threatens you.

2 correct size sockets and a C clamp can swap out U joints underneath the car without pulling the driveline out

i used to cook hot dogs with a butane torch. quicker and better tasting than boiling or microwaving.

Sometimes I use my doorstop as a sledge hammer.

Knipex plier wrench as walnut nut (or any nut)cracker. Especially if your looking to get walnut halves.
