I just got done building my own personal 24x32x10. You've got most of the tools covered that I had and then some. The only thing I kinda wish I had gotten was an air nailer, but I got my barn as a kit and nails were included so I old fashioned it with a 28 oz framing hammer so it wasn't too bad.
After I stripped the top soil with a friends bobcat, I bought an old school lock level, or sight level because it's what I was raised on....Yes a laser is faster and easier but I wasnt spending hundreds of dollars on a one time tool.
The one thing That I found to be the most helpful and fastest to set the trusses was an extendable boom. I'm pretty sure you can rent them, we had one at work that we use on forklifts to remove motors and transmissions from bigger equipment. I just rented a set of forks for my buddies' skid steer.
