Well, unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering from them. You wire them your money (no credit cards) and then...nothing. Never heard from them again. Never got my product. I've emailed a bunch of times - nothing. It's looms to be a scam site.

The are playing off the name, I believe there is a Toolstop site, a UK site. There is a shoe site scam that does the same thing, spelling is slighty off from a real site. Note the very short registration life of the site, you can check on when a site has registered its name/IP for DNS service, most scams will show a very short period, days, weeks, just a few months. If they keep it too long they can be tracked down.. How long do you think Ebay's registration would be if you looked it up? As an example of a legit site.
Never wire money, hide behind PayPay with an account that only has access to your Credit Card, not bank, pay with the credit card backing the payment.
PayPal is useless in stepping in, they will run the clock out. I purchased a pair of shoes from a site that was every close in spelling from a legit site. I opened a dispute, the grace period for the seller to response went by, no status change with PayPal, PayPay did nothing after a week plus, it was hittin near a month total.
You have I believe 30 days to get your credit card cmpany to step in and get your money back. If you have a problem bypass PayPal's dispute ****, leave them out of the loop, contact your credit card company first. If Paypay doesn't like it, they can call you, cough...not likely....
I tracked down the "Shoes the mall place", it was hiding behind an Italy location. I was able to get the lat/lon of the site, it was in an extreme mountian region out in the woods, few roads that just followed the ridge, clearly not an internationally location, other pieces parts from the site pointed to China.
The Paypay payment went to a throwaway account, Gmail I think it was, no real company would do this. Couple of other clues you have been screwed, under your login account at these sites you will not be able to modify the order, you will not get an invoice by email, just the Paypay invoice, they charge your credit card right off the bat aka without shipping first.
