So I think I have everyone stumped on what #3 is for. I actually used it so much that this one is a replacement for my original. My old boss use to brag that he sent his 2 kids thru college on the money he made changing front suspension parts on Escorts/Tempos.
That wrench was made specifically for the nuts that hold the front swaybar to the brackets. In Fords great wisdom they used a 8 sided nut that was swegged into place, that's why the oddball size (17.3mm) It is bent like that to be able to get it on the nuts.
