Everyone seems to mention Tool warehouse for their tool purchase. I use to shop with them years back until I found another LOVE!!
Tool Paradise.com I have gotten every tool from them for less than Tool Warehouse. Check them out!!
They also have have another web site for painters tools, I beleive its Painters Paradise.
I am always on the search for a less expensive way to buy my tools. I am loyal to price not to the store!

Most of the things I've priced between the two are very close. I've ordered through both, Tool Paradise-once and Tool Warehouse several times. Didn't have a problem with either. The last time I ordered I went through TW because with their free shipping it was less expensive.

I like toolwarehouse because if I order something in time to have it ship that day I have it the next day:)

I found this company that by far has to be the cheapest!
According to the home page, they are working on the site, but I did a search for some things and found the prices great.
I emailed their customer service department, and they wrote back quickly.
Seems they are the new kid on the block, and they are still working on the home page, but the prices and response time got me hooked!

I wouldn't buy from them, just because of all the **** you posted on this board about them.

Oh, and they aren't the cheapest. Enco has the irwin set for $160+ 10% off, that you and your company are charging $190 for. Yeah, yours has a few generic drillbits, big deal.

Big Dog Spam Company has only been around for a few months and they only leased their domain for one year. (whois)

Where's the admin with the ban hammer?

They're probably afraid to ban him. After the last banishment here, who knows what kind of "Why was Gear-Head banned?" threads might pop up.

"ImportTuner"- Actually, Gear-Head was my brother. But it seems he was banned for voicing his opinion on this board. Such a shame that others can promote their sites on here under false pretences and someone actually trying to contribute something gets bashed. Maybe you should read my other entries for the full story.
"wrenchr", it seems you follow "ImportTuner" to all his entries. Maybe you should start thinking and shopping for yourself... "ImportTuner" isn't saving you any money bashing a company with the cheapest prices.
"nissan_crawler" - after reading my other post, you'll understand how hard it is to set up a web site, something I never really knew until I tried... and maybe if you see the finished result, you'll be amazed at the prices. The web site was launched as a work in progress and is almost finished, but setting prices was one of the last tasks I set for myself. To make it easier, I set most prices at $1.00 over what I pay as you'll read in another of my posts. Cheaper items are set at a few cents above cost. As for "Free Shipping", if that's really what you want, maybe you should buy from a site that can afford to ship free with the prices they charge. Use your heads!
Oh and "Stuey"? Through Homestead, you only get to register your domain for one year. My hope is to make enough money doing this to feed myself, not become rich. A more “professional” site means higher prices. Maybe we should appreciate the "mom and pop" shops offering quality service and the lowest prices on the web. If anyone on this site is interested in saving money, I'll see you there; if you all want free shipping... you can go else where and pay for it silently.
Thanks all for hearing my side!

If you can excuse what the "Home Page" looks like, try your search again, I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.
As I've said, it is a work in progress, but the prices are now set.
Happy Saving!

The difference between what you/your brother have done compared to what others have done to promote their businesses is simple: spam. When I see multiple posts in multiple forums by the same person, there is no explanation other than spam. If you're not keen to the importance of first impressions, maybe you shouldn't let your brother promote your business.

If there's one thing our members know about, it's online tool sites. You should expect to get good hard criticism from people like us, whether it be about your pricing or your site.

If it is in fact my job and responsibility to apologize for my brother trying to help me I will take that responsibility and apologize. I had no idea he posted his comments on multiple forums, however he did tell me he posted comments about my site on here. I am quite aware of the impact of first impressions and again, was not aware of the magnitude of his actions. My brother did not mean to harm anyone, as I’m sure your family members would do the same for you. As for the criticism, I welcome it with wide open arms… It keeps me on my toes and lets me know what the people want. I truly started the site with the intentions to offer people the same products I’ve used (or wanted) for years but couldn’t afford. I know for a fact that a majority of the tool sites members on here write about are getting their merchandise from the same supplier I do. I also know for a fact that no one can offer the same prices I do… Unless of course they have a family member that worked there like I did. Keep the comments coming; I’d love to hear what else you’d want!
