Does anyone know what is going on with ToolsDelivered.com? I haven’t been able to access the site for two weeks and prior to that it would not let me checkout my cart for a full week. First it said maintenance issues were prompting the site to go offline and now the site is restricted/unsecured. Thought it was my browser but it is doing it no matter the device.

Interesting. I was looking for Williams USA wrenches earlier this week and it was notable that ToolsDelivered was absent in searches. Odd.

I noted the same thing about what the OP is saying regarding toolsdelivered.comXX web site. At first my purchase would not work, then within a few days of that I'm getting warning msgs on my web browser about a potential security risk, and then no-reply to the emails I sent.

I've dealt with those people on a number of occasions and I don't have any complaints, the web site right now is non-functional based on what I see or can't see on my end, along with no follow-up on email communication.

I would like to continue doing business with these guys, I hope whatever they are doing or what is going on, gets resolved.

For now whatever is going on is unknown to me, but the end state is as of right now the web site is not working. Hopefully they did not get hacked or their web site compromised.

I actually had an order in with them and confirmed a couple of weeks ago that they then cancelled and didn’t ship (my credit card never got charged, thankfully, so no harm there). I hope they come back as I had good experiences with them when I replaced all my 1/4 and 3/8 sockets with Williams USA. Ended up ordering my 1/2 sets from Sun Coast and had equally good experiences with them.

I hope they get back up and running. Ive bought a lot of Williams and Bahco from them. Always great prices and never a problem. Plus I think their site is easy to navigate. At first I thought maybe it was down because the were changing the site (which would be a mistake) like so many companies seem to do. But now im wondering if they are gone for good, its been down to long

I just checked and it’s still down for me. I get the same “Your connection isn’t private” error message previously mentioned. Even when I accept the ‘risks’ and continue to the site, it comes up with a 403 Forbidden page. I didn’t think it’d be down for this long… I hope everything is okay on their end.

It's been a couple years since I last visited their site. Did it always have "3dcartstores" in the address? I'm not sure, but this is the address that shows up as their home page if I do an internet search for "toolsdelivered".

Their site seems to be working fine for me, and it looks about the same as I remember it. Basic but functional, with good product specs for many of the items. I'm able to browse, add things to my cart, and go to checkout, but I didn't test their checkout process all the way to completion (I don't need anything from their site at this time).

Things might have changed since then but when I click my bookmarked link http://www.toolsdelivered.com/, it automatically takes me to https://toolsdelivered.3dcartstores.com/

Believe they changed hosts. Would’ve been nice to post something to the effect of they’re changing providers, expect interruptions etc. but they’re back so I’ll ****************.

I don't know what's going on, the web site is there, I've tried to buy something twice now, and each time it lets you get through the entire purchase process, up until the very last part, and then it says something about maintence going on. I guess someone will have to post up and confirm a purchase worked for them.

I've moved on to another Williams provider. I could not get through to Toolsdelivered and just lost all faith in their ability to fulfill an order if they even exist anymore.

Pro Tool Warehouse is the place I order from now. Not as cheap as ToolsDelivered but they offer a 5% and 10% discount often.
