How do Hose Clamp Pliers work?

I ordered a large drain pan from tooltopia last week. I got it in 3 days but, they just slapped a UPS label on the drain pan. No box, no bag, nothing but the pan exposed to everything on its journey here.

I ordered a 5 gallon lisle drain pan from them and a lisle spill free funnel and a couple other little things. They threw everything in the drain pan and wrapped it with shrink wrap and sent it out. I was pretty shocked when I saw it.

Their prices are almost always the lowest and the shipping is really cheap if not free but the packaging could use a little work. I wonder how they deal with damaged items during shipping?

Mine was fine. I don't think it had a scratch on it to UPS credit. It was that large heavy Black plastic one.

Well I suppose 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Those Hose clamp pliers really can save your bacon when working on a remote clamp... I got the version made in France.... But it hasn't quit on me yet.

I will admit I am a Fanboy of Tooltopia. I filled up a whole rack of SUNEX 3/4 and 1 inch sockets for less than $300.00. Shipping was free....

It arrived fine. Just was a little shocked and worried when I saw it like that. The stuff inside could have been smashed since the top only had shrink wrap protecting it. It was the lisle 5 gallon green plastic drain pan I ordered to do some coolant work.

One other "issue" I had with them was when I ordered my mityvac brake bleeder. The picture showed more parts than what it came with. The description didn't say what all came with it either so I just went by the picture. I emailed them and it took almost 24 hours for them to return my message just saying they would look into it. They ended up telling me their picture and description was out dated. Here is the picture that is still on the site, the plates and 2 adaptors on the left are not included.

It wasn't a big deal since it includes the universal bottle for refilling the master cylinder but was kind off upset because I rely on them to have up to date descriptions and pictures in order to know what I am buying.
