Tooltopia - OTC 5900A Torx Master Set $69

Just got an email from Tooltopia. They have the OTC 5900A Master Torx Set on sale for $69 with free shipping. Good price on a fairly complete set of Torx, Torx Plus, Tamper-Resistant Torx, & external Torx sockets.

Might not be a "hot" deal, but it's pretty good. That's the lowest price that I've ever seen on that set.

Most people will never need that many various Torx tools. I'm the same way with getting the most tools available but have been able to resist the Torx fad because I've never needed anything other than the OTC 6100 12 piece set.

I did need a T6 once for taking an Ipad apart but found a screwdriver form that I thought was better for these small sizes anyway.

Ain't that the truth...I still can't believe they used torx on the control arm bolts on my old '93 Grand Cherokee.

Yep, I hardly ever use Torx but when you need them, its amazing to have them on hand. I've got the VIM kit and haven't looked back.
