Just wondering has anybody ever dealt with them. Good or bad? They seem to have a pretty good selection. Most of the prices seem competitive.

Ive probably places 10 orders with them. They have great prices fast FREE shipping on orders over $99. No problems at all. Im probably gonna place another order with them this week

tooltopia is good, the only problem I have is that they offer 0 support after purchase, If you get something and it breaks or has a problem soon after being purchased they tell you to contact the manufacturer.

guess that is how they keep prices low tooltopia is just a drop shipper with no physical location or inventory.

I do and will continue to buy from them, I just did not want anyone to be blind sided as I was when I bought a topside creeper and 2 days after i got it one of the wheels fell off and I expected them to say

"so sorry, let me get a wheel out to you"

instead I got

"call ***-***-XXXX and tell them"

they are fast and free after 100$, and the cost is always reasonable
the service is very good; last time they sent me a 11/16 socket instead of a 3/4, they had a new one in my hand two days later

There are a lot of threads with opinions on the website here, if you perform a search. I haven't ordered from them, but I have looked a lot when comparing prices.

There are some instances you'll read here with bad customer service after the sale.

I've ordered quite a bit from them. Never had a problem. Cheaper than truck stuff. I've had a couple things break but if it has any kind of warranty our independent tool guy always takes care of it.

I've bought there a couple times an have had no complaints. I usually use their price as the standard when researching tool prices. Often someone else has things a little cheaper, but they are companies I've never heard of and they charge shipping. Only place I buy from instead of tooltopia when tooltopia has the tool, is advance auto (SK).

Wished they had reasonable shipping charges to Hawaii. Last two times I tried to order from them, they told me shipping was going to be $113 and the second order was going to be $77. All I wanted was two gearwrench sets.

they are where i buy almost all my tools. only time i buy from somewhere else is they dont have what im looking for. prices are great plus the free/fast shipping is awesome. always had good customer service. also they carry some good brands. gearwrench, sk, armstrong, mayhew, ingersol rand, makita, dewalt, etc... sometimes the website can be tricky looking for certain items. for instance brake tools can be found under the shop and the specialty tools tabs, cooling system pressure testers/adapters can be found under the specialty tools and the A/C tab. if you just google the tool your looking for and put tooltopia after youll find what you need. but defintely a great website to buy from
