Looking at a piece of equipment. How is the service from this vendor?

Is there a section here for vendor ratings and reviews?

Right off the bat, they list NO physical address... I did not look at site any further cause that one fact is enough for me.

Why in the world deal w that when there are SOOO many known online dealers.

Click on Search at top of page... select Advanced Search... Do NOT look at all the choices - leave ALL at default... ONLY in the upper left "Keywords" cell type toolup.

Scroll down page to bottom and click on Search Now.

Results will then show.

Again -- disregard and leave alone EVERYTHING on the page other than Keyword and Search now.

I’ve only dealt through them via their eBay store (99.5% positive feedback with over 82k ratings).

They were quick to ship and items were as described, didn’t have any issues.

Strange that their website has no address, but last package I received from them had:
Fasteners Inc
4170 West Harmon
Ste 4
Las Vegas, NV 89103

(edit)
Looks like ToolUp is the online store for the above address, but it seems that folks outside their eBay store have not had as good of an experience...

I bought one of their Milwaukee specials a few weeks ago, it shipped the next day and all of the "free" items were in the box, I would order again if they have a deal I'm interested in.

I bought my M18 1/2" Impact kit from them in 2016 and it was a smooth transaction. Nothing bad to say there.

I just checked my order history with them. Over the last two years, looks like I spent about $1,100 - Mostly Makita Cordless stuff.

Never had any problem, I still get their email flyers and would buy from them again. (Free shipping and no sales tax for me)

I've bought at least $20,000 dollars worth of tools from them and not a single issue. They're my first choice. Great prices and since I'm in Phoenix and they're in Vegas I get my stuff the next day by FedEx. Can't beat them is my opinion.

Yep toolup is in Vegas. They're good. Sometimes their sales are really dumb, other times I've gotten great deals on Milwaukee stuff. Their BF deals are often worth looking at, like four 5.0 batteries for $175 or last year the Milwaukee M18 nailer KITS for $199
