I've place 2 orders in the past month. I got them both within 7 calendar days of emailing the order to Mike.

I've found him to be an excellent communicator during orders and about products (always answering back within 24 hours.) Email him is my suggestion.

we still dont know who he ordered them from.. one would assume wren but it wasnt stated. until he posts more info, or goes about this in the proper way, i.e through private message or by calling him, this is a waste of space.

Why is it when something does not work IE ordering or contacting a seller they have to go and try and turn it into a big deal? Can we not do stuff like civilized people?

Everything that has not been a hate thread about toptul has been 5 star's and Mike has shown he has that he will talk to any one about there issues and solve them whether via PM or right on the forum.

The only one you are hurting is yourself.

I can screw most things up, and this has been a BAD week for reponse time, but that is not my website.

Sincerely,

You're joking, right? You email me back within minutes right around dinnertime today and you call this a "BAD" week?

So ... on a "GOOD" week you answer before questions are asked and ship before orders are placed? :wtf:

I emailed the link to Mike Wren so he would know what I wanted he said he had up to a TPT40 but not larger size. I asked if he could order it and he quoted $3.00 so I ordered 10 thinking they could make it some foreign companies call these pentacle bits. The link was so I would be sure he understood what I wanted.
I posted this as I still want the bits.

I pm'd mike for a price a couple weeks back, expected to hear back the next day or so (he wasn't even online at the time)..........had an answer, along with details of alternative products at higher/lower prices in less than 1/2 an hour.

I gotta say, the guy definitely responds to email/pm's....................

I have a set of 5-point Torx Plus drivers. I've only used one of them once, and that was just for the sake of using it to remove a Bosch MAF from its housing. A totally pointless exercise..

Anyone else ever used them? I've seen 5-point Torx Plus bolts on BMW Valvetronic and Vanos systems too.

So..you made a thread to let him know that you still wanted the bits. Instead of Just sending him a PM?

Some Nissans use them on MAF meters.
