I sent Mike (I believe) an email last week with some Questions about the Tools. The Next morning He left me a very nice (and long

) message answering a bunch of my questions. Unfortunately I've been so busy these last couple of weeks I haven't had a chance to call him back. At the time he was looking @ 35 days until his next shipment.
Firstly, It's Slightly inconvenient the way his site is set up that I have to go to the Corporate page, find part numbers then go back to his site to look at price lists. Proper shopping cart software is not that hard to set up.
Secondly, The Toptul Site is pretty good, though I've come across multiple corporate sites, for them that list slightly different inventory and are laid out differently.

Honestly, I love trying new things and finding a great new product. The tools look gorgeous on the site and they appear to be of high quality. The amount of money that they spent on their product photography alone is a good indication to me that they are probably pretty decent. Nobody spends that kind of money on Photography for cheap HF type tools.
Mike sounds like an honest good guy. I would love to send him $1000 and have a new bunch of new tools for the shop. However, these are my concerns; Like He said, though the tools are lifetime warrantied, the warranty is only as good as his inventory. Which right now is about 30 days away. Now, if there is decent stock on hand, a tool fails, I would think I should be able to have a new one in my hand within a few days. Over 30 days, becomes a real problem. Most likely I'm going to need that tool quickly, so I'll have to replace it with something else. So even though, the tool will be replaced eventually, I've now bought 2 tools.
I also can't find many people's opinion of them. Probably because they are new to the country. It's no secret products and tools from the East are going to continue to be more and more common. However, they still carry the "cheap" stigma, and that's going to be hard to overcome. Especially when there are still so many crappy tools on the market.
He did tell me that his inventory sells out very quickly because people are very happy with the tools and keep buying more and more of them. Which I think is great. Hopefully that will help the brand grow.
So in Short, I still would like to try some Toptul stuff when his inventory is replenished, However, I'm going to be a very tough sell on it until there is larger distribution in the US.
