Torch not working correctly upside down

So this Super fire 3 is supposed to keep the flame precise even if you turn it upside down

like advertised here at 1:57

But on mine the flame is going all over the place when I turn it. Is there something I need to do to make it work?

In my experience, when a propane touch is turned upside down you are drawing liquid instead of gas out of the torch. It will then flame up. I had a 20 lb cylinder with a extension hose to my touch head. With this setup I could turn it anyway I wanted because the tank never turns upside down to draw out liquid propane.

So basically it's marketing bs. But how did they managed to do it in the video?
I was wondering how could their torch defy gravity without any motor so some electronic device inside that keeps the pressure constant

I use one of these if I'm going to use a propane torch in confined areas.
