I have a Torco Wilton vise that I am refurbishingredients. It was my uncles so I needed a vice and I found this in his cellar. I have gotten history from members here and good advice. Apparently it originally had a swivel base but it does not have one on it. If anyone knows where I can buy one, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
