I think they are assigned territory. I don't think you can phone up a guy not in his territory and ask him to service your shop. Your best bet would be to all snap-on and let them know your dealer never shows.

call this guy: drew dayton, 416 986 5780. He will find a driver for you

I had an issue with 1 driver and called snap on canada, they put me in contact with drew dayton ( one of the big bosses, forgot his title), he put in contact with ryan prior (mobile store manager) who fixed me up.

no i do mostly Vw Audi lots of Diesel work so the boss was like well u seem to work on stuff no one wants to touch i have an engine swap for u
20 something hours later and it was done would have been 8- 10 hours if i dint have to swap the wiring harness replace all the sensors drop the oil pan cause the tip of the dip stick tube was broken off inside the oil pan and i dint notice this untill the engine was already in the car the salvage yard that pulled the engine capt the hole with a littel red plug and i was thinking the dip stick gonna get in the way and the plug will keep stuff out

I went through the same type of situation as you but in the end it worked out a lot better my new snap on guy almost fights for my business now and in return I end up buying a lot more off of the truck..

A 1/4" ratchet seized on me last week and he just took it and handed me a new one off the truck..

A few items he didn't usually stock like the anti fatigue work mats, My g.f. wanted one for the kitchen floor..
So he gave it to me at his cost.

Few examples of why I am better off with my new guy now..
