Looking for ideas for torpedo heater placement. It is a fairly large heater, 135K BTU IIRC, that is on wheels. It has a built in thermostat so it is more of a plug it in and forget about it while be used.
I was considering some sort of pulley system so I could lower it when it needed a refuel. However, I am thinking about a more permanent placement so it is its storage place + usage place.
I'm young so refilling it won't be too much of an issue with it staying in place. Slight inconvenience but so is having it take up floor space.
Maybe just come down from the ceiling with a 2X4 and that will be my 4th corner (I plan on putting it in a corner).
I have 10' ceiling so maybe drop it down to a 6' "shelf" for it to sit on.
Any ideas why this is a bad idea or anybody have a better idea than this?
Floor space is limited, the more I can get off the floor, the better.
