Torqometer Problem

Does anyone have an idea why a Snap-on Torqometer TE6A would only work counterclockwise? Is there something I am missing or should I expect it's broken?

A manual would be helpful to have as well. Anyone care to share a digital copy?

Just send it into Angle Repair in West Virginia, They will fix it calibrate it and send it back in perfect working order.

Thanks for the advice. Cost $50-60 to repair which was a relief!
