accutorque makes good stuff. i bought the 4 piece SUV/TRUCK set from tiretoolsonline.com for like $64
won't cost you an arm and a leg.... don't buy them and save your money
Use a torque wrench!
i dont think in a shop thats doing 5 to 10 cars a day using a torque wrench for installing tires would be very convenient,, thanks anyways....
Is that all you are doing? oh I thought you had like 50+
Yes it is very convenient, is quick and more important... accurate
not creating an argument... just saying... ditch the torque sticks and use a torque wrench
but don't take my word for it.... search the forums here... I'm sure there must have been discussions on this subject
I agree. The tire shop I buy from uses a torque wrench, not torque limiting extensions.
They do a lot of mounts a day.
If I ever see them use a "torque stick" on my aluminum rims, they will refund my money, and I will spend my money at a shop that knows what to do.
END OF STORY.
