Torque Turn Measuring

Where is the best place to get a torque turn measuring tool? Does snap on even sell them? Ive seen the kind that has a digital scale and a hook, like a spring scale.. any ideas? Thanks.

ive got one of the snapon torque yurn gauges, always found it to be a PITA to use,
i bought an extra chrome socket in the sizes i needed and marked the sides of the socket with bright red nail polish at the needed degrees. much faster when you have to torque 26 head bolts at 200 ft/lbs + 90 degrees.
