Torque wrench question?

I have a Craftsman Click Torque Wrench. It says 20 to 100 and thus the number markings indicate just that. I can wind it down 2 complete revolutions to almost 0, I guess. If I set the dial to 20 and back it of 5 using the numbers on the dial does that mean my ft\lbs is 15?

It's not accurate below 25 or even 30 or so.

If you are trying to get 15ft lbs, you might wanna think about getting an in-lb TW and do the math.

Accuracy is guaranteed down to 20% of full scale--20 ft-lbs so you're GTG at that setting but taking a risk below.
Personally I would never turn the handle below the bottom marking because you run the risk of unloading the internal spring and releasing the pivot block ("pawl") from it's seat. Trust me you don't want that.
