This is the picky out of ther GM manual.
Anybody got one like it they don`t need?

I was thinking about that or a u bolt but was not sure about the tension ! Thanks for the imput.

Used a c-clamp on torsion bars a few times, just be slow and careful backing it off.

Take the saddle pad off the Cclamp so the bolt stays sitting in the the divot in the Tbar key. Don't be rough when you turn the bolt so the clamps stay in place on top of the Xmember.
