I am looking for a set of torx plus bits for a 2014 f150. it is my understanding that the bed bolts, seat belt anchors, door bolts use torx plus. What sizes are common to encounter in trucks of this era?
I was looking for a good set of torx plus but I only see some cheap ones on Amazon, then snap on has it’s super expensive set. Can anyone recommend a good mid range price set?
I notice alot of manufacturers don’t make torx plus.

What sizes do you need? I received a set of Wiha Torx Plus bits from McMaster-Carr yesterday. Haven't put them to work yet, so I can't comment on their durability. This set runs up to size 20.

I think it’s some larger sizes. Like 45, 55, and 60. Hopefully 1/2 drive sockets as they are some tough bolts to remove for bed.

Bed bolts are a 55 or 60 if I remember right. Can't say on the seatbelt bolts and I'm not sure what door bolts you are talking about. I'd image the seatbelt bolts are probably around a 50.

Fords bed bolts ****. Many times I've ended up torching or grinding the heads off, yank the box off and then use heat to get the remainder of the bolt out.

I have SnapOns but I think I have some random Lisle torx plus sockets also. Check Sunex maybe?

I found a capri set for 105, seems decent. Good to know on the bed bolts. I figured I may break a bit on those ones.

in Canada , heavy road salt here. I had the truck undercoated with oil, so I might luck out.
