I've got Craftsman Pro's I am pretty happy with, but they don't have the smaller sizes. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

X2

I priced around and weighed options on: USA made preferred, easy warranty, and quality number 1. Craftsman Pros came in first place.

I saw those hard handle wiha's
I'm kinda liking those, clean up easy too

They are outstanding quality and worth every penny. Another member several years ago clued me in to these and I'm so glad I picked them up. Decent deals on Amazon now and then for sets.

To be fair, I also have a set of the Craftsman Pro torx drivers, and like them as well. If you want that style of grip rather than hard handle, they are hard to beat for the money. Easy cleanup on the Wiha is definitely a plus though, and the tip and shank quality is also better than the Craftsman, in my opinion.
