Apart from the usual snap on, sidchrome, toolboxes etc, has anyone found a good specialist toolbox company. In the small town of dalby australia there is a specialist toolbox maker DSM (http://www.dsmtoolboxes.com/)

They are awesome boxes. You can order to any size and specification. They dont look pretty like snap on, but there tough aye, a workmate hit one with an excavator and hardly even dinged it. Lol they put him up as one of there spokesman,
This is him with the box
But what toolboxes do you like?
I have a 2nd hand heavy duty snap on roadbox, its tough and is big enough to carrry a variety of tools in. I know that some companies now even use toolboxes that open from the side and the front!

the best thing about them is they arent the smoothest draws, not all have roller bearings etc but they are so tough, you really gotta feel them and see them for real

Nice sized box indeed! 880L x 450W x 545H in the medium blue I like. Maybe I could sell them out this way? Start with CAT then hit up all the tracter places.

Thanks, JASTECH

Yeah, 1125L x 610W x 699H is the big e series and you can get your name or a logo laser etched onto the box so if sopmeone steals it it has your name on it, easy to find

He is missing the one thing that almost every American wants. The Bottom Box. I see he has a trolley but that seems as far as it goes. Thos would sell good in the US with a matching roll around with drawers to heavy equiptment techs

Yeah what he did with his box was he made a frame under it so you could lift it with a forklift (weighs over 1000kg loaded) and then he made a cabinet on wheels and put the box on top
