Tourque wrench ID

I got this off my dad many years ago and cannot for the life of me
figure out what the brand is, i have never seen one like it
I used it to torque harley flywheels in the 90s when i was at the dealership, tourques up to 300lbs
i know someone here will know

looks kinda like my 1980 era Proto (3/8' though) 120 lb range iirc

it looks like a very common import that has been relabled by many.

this thing does not have any markings anywhere
no origin stamp, no stickers nothing
