While installing a hall-bath vanity, we noticed the floor or legs were not level. It kept rocking back and forth. I need to lift the vanity just a bit just so I could adjust the leveling tabs under the legs. Never occurred to me to use this miniature aluminum racing jack by US General, but I was worried since it was rated @ 110 lbs. (the vanity being close to 300!) Worked like a charm. Was able to lift high enough to get to the leveling feet.

I was expecting a scissors jack or a little trolley jack, but not one that little.

I have a set of air shims that I've used for stuff like this. With some cribbing (1x or 3/4 ply works well), you can lift heavy stuff pretty far.
