I have a 2001 4runner V6,the passengers side front brake pads wear very fast compared to the drivers side.I have replaced both calibers 3X,the rotors 2X,flushed the brake fluid, but still the passanger side pads wear quicker,is there a design flaw or is there a valve causing more brake fluid pressure to the left side

As a rule of thumb the left front inner pad will always wear faster than any other. Its almost always the first place and fastest place the pressure builds. Iv'e dealt with this problem once and used a brake bias guage determine said caliper pressures. Needless to say the problem ended up being a partially stopped brake hose.

I see that you didn't mention a replacement in your post. I would make sure that the pad slides down into the caliper and is smooth and lubed well. Most excessive wear comes from the pad ridin the rotor while your driving, or dry brake parts that need to move, but can't. I would try to run a set of anti rattle clips top and bottom to see if it helps.
