I like the Snap On. I have several Snap On ratchets and several Armstrong 88 ratchets. I like my Snap On much better. Even in the 1/4" 72 tooth. It just seems to go a lot smoother. Plus I've had issues with the Armstrong 88's hanging up on me.

The 1/4 drive Snap On has so much back drag, so I really like the Armstrong 88 in 1/4 drive. Much smoother and feels better.

No experience with the tr3, but I use both Snap On and Matco ratchets. I don't have a preference, other than my snappy is a flex head so I use it more Both are quality tools

The Cornwell TR3 might not technically be in the same ballpark since its a 30 tooth coarse ratchet. That being said, i have a TR3 and I love it. It has less backdrag than the Armstrong locking flex I also own (60t).

All the SO dual80 1/4"s I have skip teeth, kind of annoying. So I stick with my Armstrong.
