Track Saw, MLCS 4 1/2" Any experience?

Anyone have experience with the inexpensive MLCS 4 1/2 inch corded tracksaw or similar? I don't have sophisticated needs, just need to cut straight on sheet goods every now and then. Would prefer a table saw but until I make space and am willing to spring for a SawStop, that ain't happening.

For an "every now and then" occasion I would just use a straight edge and circular saw.

The reviews are 50/50 I only have experienced tracksaws by Festool (corded and uncorded) along with a corded Dewalt . The main uses for us has been acoustical felt panels,usually 1" thick . They perform well. I'd be wary of the small MLCS saw that it would be underpowered for 3/4" plywoods and melamines. I have the Makita cordless in the garage but it's been cold enough I have not had any time to even unbox it ,BUT that has not stopped me from buying a pair of 55" tracks,bag,clamps from Powertec,along with the 55" Makita rail , some additional batteries via Acme Tools, CMT sawblades via Ebay and thanks to Etsy I've gotten some vacuum port accessories,guide end protectors,and a vacuum hose deflector. In reality I've spend nearly as much on the tracksaw as I have my used vintage Unisaw.
