Had this for sale at the local tractor supply. Needs a new pump. Father in law picked it up. Model TS4N5. Couldn't pass the deal.

Hopefully gets it going with a new pump. But for the price heck yeah. It's brand new. Cheaper than a pancake. The black dust on the top must have been from when the pump seized and the motor kept spinning the belt. Must have not checked the oil.

I have that EXACT model in the shop, get cozy with your IR Repair facility as they will spend a bit of time replacing motors on the POS... I shouldn't say that as the pump has held up FINE, but the motor... OH MAN! since JUNE of 2016 we have had 4 motors replaced. it is now out of warranty and IF IR replaces the next motor in about 4 months it will be $750... We will probably buy a better motor not made in Mexico when that happens... First time the Cap Melted, and the motor shorted internally, second time the motor just shot ****, third time motor just up and quit, fourth time it just f ing quit... no thermal reset nothing just quit....

When it was under warranty I used the Warranty, next one won't be (but the MOTOR SHOULD BE honestly that SHOULD reset EVERY time the motor got replace IMHO) initially I was going to replace with a good motor but used the warranty instead.
