What are you guys using to put the can contents into the A/C system?
Arent these simply a band aid?
..., not sure what would make freon a band aid.
.
You can not measure how much refrigerant you have in the system simply by pressure readings.
Agree! I have used a portable scale with the 12 ounce cans and it works well. Just a pain to unhook to check the before/after weight. The other issue is that R134 has a much narrower range of optimal volume / weight. It is pretty tough to measure just using cans. You really need to be using a refrigerant scale and a 30lb container. You can not measure how much refrigerant you have in the system simply by pressure readings.
