Not worth it when you look at the list of required tools for the trade in. Just my opinion. You can get the drill/impact combo on Salk for $199 at lowes and I know I have seen it as cheap as $179. Napa prolly isn't a big seller of dewalt tools this the deal isn't that good for most people

Seems like a car dealership scheme. Get a trade in for as cheap as possible and sell 'em a new product as high as possible.

You're better off selling your old tools on GJ in the classifieds or on your local CL/Offer Up. And buying them off of CPO/ebay or here.

It is worse than a stealership deal. They won't even take any ni cad in trade.
The stealership at least gives you $500 for your Yugo while marking up the car $2000.
